Justin Allen – Real Estate Innovator, Broker, and Franchisor

Since 2002, Justin Allen has been a licensed real estate professional in Mississippi, known for blending innovation, leadership, and hands-on experience to shape the future of modern real estate.

Justin’s real estate journey began in 1996 when he purchased his first investment property—sparking a lifelong passion for real estate investing. Over the years, he has bought, sold, and managed several hundred personal investment properties, giving him a deep understanding of both residential and investment markets.

As President of the Wealth Builders of South Mississippi Real Estate Investors Association, Justin led educational seminars on short sales and deal strategies, helping regional investors build smarter portfolios.

After a brief hiatus from real estate in 2009, Justin joined Adams Homes, one of the largest home builders in the Southeast, before reopening his brokerage Smart Design Properties, focused on energy-efficient and tech-forward new home construction with Elliott Homes.

In 2016, Justin and his wife, Darlene Allen, launched a national real estate franchise in Gulfport, MS with a mission to go fully digital and eco-friendly. Together, they founded Blue Suede Media, an in-house media company providing professional photography, video marketing, and 3D virtual reality tours for real estate listings.

In 2017, responding to community demand for investor networking, Justin founded MS Coast REIA, reviving local real estate education and collaboration along the Mississippi Gulf Coast.

By 2019, Justin’s entrepreneurial vision led to the creation of eAgent, a forward-thinking real estate brokerage franchise designed to empower agents through a cloud-based platform while maintaining the human connection of local brick and mortar offices. The brand quickly became known as “The Evolution of Real Estate®.”

After serving as Principal Broker for the eAgent Realty office in Gulfport, MS, Justin transitioned to leading eAgent corporate operations to support franchise growth and innovation as CEO.

In 2020, he and Darlene established eAgent Nexus in Ocean Springs, MS, where they continue to serve clients as Broker Associates, while Yari Garcia now serves as Principal Broker.

Today, Justin Allen stands at the intersection of real estate, technology, and leadership, guiding agents, franchisees, and investors toward a smarter, more connected future in real estate. eAgent has franchise locations in Gulfport, Biloxi, Ocean Springs, Picayune, Vancleave, Pass Christian and Brandon, Mississippi with more locations opening in Mississippi, Alabama, Louisiana and Florida soon.

In 2023, Justin Allen was awarded the Inspirational Leadership Award.
