About Tracy
Tracy began her career as a leasing agent which made her an excellent match to lead Coldwell Banker Alfonso’s property management division. She obtained her Mississippi real estate license in 2007. Tracy also brings extensive knowledge in new construction sales with more than 17 years of sales and managerial experience in the housing industry. In 2020 Tracy obtained her MRP (Military Relocation Professional) designation and in 2022 she obtained her ABR (Accredited Buyers Agent). She achieved her Brokers license in Jan 2023. She has extensive training and experience in all facets of the real estate industry and understands honesty is always the best policy for good business. Tracy’s experience and core values made her a perfect match with her current company eAgent Gulf Coast. Serving on the board of Directors for the Mississippi Gulf Coast Chamber in Pass Christian. Actively involved in raising money for many non-profit organizations, such as the American Cancer Society, American Heart Association, The Salvation Army and Wags and Whiskers Animal Rescue. Tracy loves college football, the outdoors, Jeep’n the beach and animals. Her 4-legged babies are very special and loved. Tracy is married to Gulfport Fireman, Keith McMurphy, and resides in Gulfport, MS.
